Height is one thing the Pella Christian volleyball team will not be lacking for this quickly approaching 2013 season. Returning this year will be Hannah Beltman, a 6’2” junior, they will have Laura Nicholson who comes in at 6’1”, and Coach Cindy Nikkel says one other athlete that may come as a surprise to some people. Nikkel says that Beltman, Nicholson and Veenstra have all done a great job of creating a “wall” of blocking in the front row in their time together at Central’s volleyball camp recently. The Eagles are looking to improve on a 16 – 18 record they had a year ago.
