For adults who have never practiced yoga, two free classes for are being offered for learning by the Pella Public Library on Thursdays beginning in September. The first class will cover basic poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. The second class will teach basic deep breathing and relaxation techniques that reduce stress and help eliminate toxins from the body. Classes begin on the 19th and take place from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the Library Meeting Room.
