The Knoxville City Council is meeting tonight in the Council Chambers. Among items on the agenda are the swearing in of Jim Mitchell as Fire Chief, a special event application for a Storytelling Festival, the second reading of an ordinance related to the operation of off-road utility vehicles on city streets, and the review of the job description for the Community Service Officer and Parking Enforcement Officer. They will also discuss administrative services related to the community development block grant, consider fees and Graceland Cemetery, and review aspects of a bicycle ordinance.
