A unique New York-based non-governmental organization, Intersections International, will be in residence at Central College October 28th through 31st. Their goal is to promote mutual understanding and dialogue with the theme “Welcome the Stranger.” Lyn Isaacson, Associate Dean for Global Education, says the residency provides a fabulous opportunity for the Central community, to engage with a team of professionals with a wide array of talents who are experienced in peacebuilding, and conflict resolution efforts across the globe. The group will lead workshops, classroom presentations, and a teach-in during the week.
