Marion County experienced it’s first hard freeze last night. Sherryl Nunnikhoven at Dutch Meadows says that if you didn’t protect your plants before last night, they likely will be lost. Nunnikhoven says that if we got a light freeze, you could try to spray water on the plants to knock the frost off before the sun hits them, but with a hard freeze, there is nothing you can do.
