Bos Landen Golf Club is for sale, but with the exception of Grille on the Green, they are currently open. The course built in 1994 sits on 211 acres and is listed at $1.395 million by Marcus and Millichap. Owner Scott Reuter says that the original plan was for him to buy out his parents share of the course when they retired, but now that they are ready to do so, he is not in a position financially with the property to do that. Reuter adds that he believes the next owner is going to need more support from both the city and it’s citizens. Reuter wants to say thank you to those who have become friends in the community.
