The top workplaces in the state of Iowa have been gathered by Workplace Dynamics which is set up to recognize organizations that have a great work environment in the state of Iowa. The evaluation is a 22 question survey based on employees’ opinions of their organizations. Local employers honored include: Edward Jones Investments, Hy-Vee, Iowa State Bank, MidWestOne Bank, Vermeer Corporation, and WesleyLife. The evaluation takes into account employee benefits, support of the local community, employee perks, and the strong connection between employees.
