The 2014 Knoxville IMPACT Award presentation is set for Saturday, February 1 at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum. Chamber Director Larissa VanDonselaar says this year, the event will be an annual meeting format, where the Chamber will share their plan for the future and then make the award presentation for the following categories: Business, Educator, Agriculture, Volunteer, and the Mathew C. Job “Pride In Knoxville” Award. Nominations will be released the evening of the awards this year. There will be heavy hors d’oeuvres and desserts, and the public is invited to attend. Social hour begins at 6 and the meeting will begin at 7. The awards will be presented directly after the meeting.
