Governor Branstad and Lt. Governor Reynolds announced Tuesday that they will be embarking on a 14 city tour across Iowa that began Wednesday in West Des Moines. Thursday, the tour will bring the pair of politicians to Marion County where they will hold an event at Smokey Row in Pella at 9am. Manager Nick Corbin says that the Branstad campaign called him earlier in the week and asked if it would be ok to make Smokey Row a stop on the tour. Corbin says that they are excited to host the event and are expecting a standing room only crowd of approximately 50 people. Tickets are free and open to the public and will be available at the door, or you can reserve them online by clicking on this story at KNIA/KRLS.com.
