Lake Red Rock has new winter programs still scheduled for next month, however the first one Thursday, a “Full Moon Snowshoe Hike” has been cancelled. Park Ranger TRACY SPRY says that the cancellation is due to the lack of snow and inclement weather. Programs scheduled for next month include “Wintertime Crafts” on the 15th and 16th at the visitor’s center, and then February 22nd you can take a “Winter’s Wonders Snowshoe Hike, weather permitting.
