Knoxville’s City Council met last night. The meeting began with a presentation by representatives of the Knoxville Regional Livestock Market, regarding the World Livestock Auctioneering Championship coming to Knoxville in June.
The Council approved a tenant home improvement permit, and welcomed Angeline Blackburn to Knoxville Fire and Rescue.
The Council awarded the Rail Port Study project to Olsson and Associates, for just over $117,000. The final item was a 2015 Budget Revenue Presentation by City Manager Harold Stewart.
