Even though the number of jobs opportunities across Iowa is growing, many Iowans don’t qualify because of skills gap. DMACC’s Workforce Training Academy is launching a new campaign to help Iowans receive short term career training and personal coaching in targeted, in-demand careers. DMACC President Rob Denson says that the program is about helping individuals start a new career by up skilling their talents and abilities.
