Knoxville’s school board will meet Tuesday at 5, which is a change from the usual Monday evening meeting. Items on this week’s agenda include a counter-proposal to Knoxville Education Association’s 2014-2015 master contract which was presented at the last meeting with a requested increase of 7.5%. The board will also review a request from the boys and girls soccer coaches to add assistant coaches, at a cost of $3560. Other items include staff transfers and the high school energy audit, among others.
