Robert Howard Wireman

A 17 year old Oskaloosa girl has been charged with 10 counts of perjury, a class D felony, in Marion County Court. The court affidavit states she made false statements of material fact and made false denials of knowledge regarding certain material facts in State vs. Robert Howard Wireman on September 5, 2013. The case against Wireman, from Chariton, Iowa, was for tattooing without a license and tattooing a minor.
