The investigation into alleged misconduct by a Knoxville School employee is ongoing, says Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada. He says as of Monday morning, his department plans to have preliminary investigation to the county attorney’s office by Tuesday this week, and they are still actively looking into any additional information as it comes in. He says investigators will keep looking into the case until there’s nowhere else to go, and they do not want to rush the investigation, and want to do a thorough, complete, fair job. As reported by KNIA KRLS News last week, the police report shows the alleged incidents took place at both the school and a home in Carlisle, the address of which matches that of Knoxville PE teacher and head football coach Troy Rider.
