The Pella Police Department Communications Center engaged in the following activities during the week of February 16, 2014, to February 22, 2014:

• On 02/18/14 Justin D. Vermeer, 24, of Pella was charged with driving while suspended. Vermeer was cited and released with a court date.

• On 02/21/14 Tyler M. Gilbert, 20, of Newton was charged with serious assault. Gilbert was incarcerated for the night.

• On 02/21/14 a male juvenile was charged with simple assault. The juvenile was cited and released to a family member.

• On 02/21/14 Charles DeVries, 53, of Pella was charged with disorderly conduct. DeVries was cited and released with a court date.

• On 02/22/14 Jonathan D. Reed, 21, of Otley was charged with driving while suspended. Reed was cited and released with a court date.

• On 02/22/14 Jack D. Cronin, 20, of Urbandale was charged driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cronin was incarcerated for the night.

• On 02/22/14 Robyn L. Vanderhyde, 23, of Pella was charged with public intoxication. Vanderhyde was incarcerated for the night.
