Knoxville’s City Council will meet Monday at 6:15 at City Hall. The proposed 2014-2015 city budget is first on the agenda, and will begin with an open hearing, and will include time for comments or objections. The Council will also hear a presentation of the contract with Olsson and Associates for the Red Rock Industrial Park and Rail Port feasibility study.
