The Pella Chamber of Commerce is currently hosting round table events to gain employer and public input on Career Academy programming. Chamber Director Karen Eischen says the purpose is to prepare our local workforce with the proper skills important to business, manufacturing, retail, government, non-profit and service providers. The themes will be as follows: March 6th is retail, March 12th is manufacturing, and March 13th will be the public’s opportunity to give input. All roundtable events will be held from 7:30am to 8:30 am at the Pella Chamber Board Room, located at 818 Washington Street.
