A much anticipated vote will take place at 7pm tonight at Pella Christian High School’s Vermeer Auditorium. The ballot item will be whether or not to build a seventh and eighth grade addition onto the current high school campus. Pella Christian Grade School Principal David DeJong tells KNIA/KRLS that he hopes that the voters cast their ballots in favor of the addition. He adds that with enrollment quickly rising, they are already at max capacity for the grade school, plus, it would offer many of their students and faculty advantages that they don’t have under the current system.
