Nyran T. Chohan, 19 of Pella, was in Marion County Court yesterday where he pled not guilty to three counts of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree. The three counts of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree involved three separate individuals, two of which are 12 or 13 years of age, and the third is 14 or 15 years of age, and at least four years the minor of the defendant. Bind has been set at $10,000 per charge, or $30,000. Chohan’s next scheduled day in court is April 4th.
