Just after noon Wednesday, the Gallatin County Montana Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team responded to an injured snowmobiler near the Montana/Idaho border. Gallatin County Deputy Erin Taylor tells KNIA/KRLS News that when the rescue team arrived at the scene, they found a 15-year-old female from Pella who had suffered injuries to her right shoulder, right leg, and back. Reports show that she had been riding on a snowmobile with her mother when her mother lost control in a corner and crashed, which ejected the minor from the machine. She was then placed onto the rescue sled and transported to an awaiting ambulance, and transported to the Bozeman Deaconess Hospital.
