The Knoxville City Council held a special session Thursday evening. The Council approved the Knoxville Bike Night Special Event Application. The other item on the agenda was discussion with the Knoxville Public Library Board regarding the Library Expansion Project. Members of the Library Board were present and provided an update on the progress.
