In March 2013, Nicholas Wade Carter, now age 19, was arrested and charged with 2nd degree arson in connection with a fire at 110 East Robinson in Knoxville. Carter later pled not guilty, and was released on $10,000 bond. Carter was scheduled to go to trial in Marion County on March 5, however at that time, Carter was incarcerated in Missouri, on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree. Marion County court documents show that Carter is scheduled to go on trial in Marion County June 4, at 9 am.
