The annual Knoxville Police Department bike sale is tomorrow, starting at 10 a.m. City Manager Harold Stewart says the Police Department picks up discarded bikes as they find them, and once a year this sale is held. He says the sale will be at the new bike storage facility located at the intersection of Roche and Rock Island streets. All bikes are $10 each. This is a chance to get a bike for yourself, kids, or grandkids.
