Marion County residents had the opportunity to discuss the biggest issues affecting them with a U.S. Senator Friday morning. Senator Chuck Grassley was in Pella holding an open town meeting with a question and answer session. Approximately 60 people filed into the auditorium at the Pella Community Center. Topics including veteran’s benefits, the economy, immigration reform, and healthcare were all discussed.The stop in Pella was a part of Senator Grassley’s annual 99 county tour.
