Knoxville’s City Council and Chamber Board of Directors have come to an agreement on the contract regarding the use and reporting of hotel/motel tax funds. Chamber Board President Mikol Sesker tells KNIA KRLS News that the contract now includes a cap of $25,000 annually, and a 10% administrative fee will be in place as well, to support general administrative costs such as employee salaries and utilities. She says the contract still has to go through attorney review, but is pleased that the two groups were able to reach an agreement.
