New management is working to get the Bos Landen Golf Course up and running for the 2014 summer season. Warrior Golf Venture LLC of Irvine, California is in the process of hiring new staff and preparing the course to open by mid-to-late June. The city closed on the purchase of the five buildings on the course last week and approved a ground lease with Warrior Golf at their last city council meeting. The city is holding a public hearing on how to structure the lease agreements for the buildings from R&R Management to Warrior Golf at Tuesday’s City Council Meeting.
