Pella Christian drama and music students will have their performance highlighted in Des Moines. They’ll be featured and perform a medley of their work at 7 p.m. tonight at the Iowa High School Musical Theater Awards at the Des Moines Performing Arts Center. The school is winning eight different awards for their performance of The Music Man this last school year. The second annual showcase is hosted by the Des Moines Performing Arts Center and features 17 schools within a 90 mile radius of the Des Moines metro. Tickets for the event cost $10.
