Knoxville’s Streetscape project is on target. Assistant City Manager Dylan Feik tells KNIA KRLS News that parking stalls are painted, and concrete pavers were finished Tuesday, and Robinson Street is open. He says a little more paving on the sidewalks along Robinson will need to be done, and the Second Street and Robinson intersection will eventually have a temporary closure to finish with pavers, but the street is open. Feik says a date for the closure of Third and Main has not been finalized yet, but he anticipates that to happen in the next couple weeks.
