The City of Knoxville is planning a way-finding signage project, to help guests to the Knoxville community find their way around town. Assistant City Manager Dylan Feik says recently the City Council approved $25,000 in signage in next fiscal year’s budget, to mark destinations and amenities in the community. Feik says over the last four months, he has been meeting with a representative who does these signs, and 27 to 28 locations have been identified to place these signs, around the community. He says now that the locations have been decided, the design is being discussed. Feik says the City is open to ideas and concepts for the look of these signs.
