The Pella Police Department recently held a “Cop-on-Top” fundraiser. The department raised $2400 benefiting the Special Olympics. This was the third year of fundraising in Pella, and in that time period they have raised nearly $9000 for the Special Olympics. The event was held in conjunction with the Iowa State Patrol and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
