Pella Christian’s softball just couldn’t keep up with the powerful Dallas Center-Grimes’ Fillies last night, dropping in a make-up doubleheader from last week’s rained out affair. Game one went to D-C-G, 11 – 0. The Eagles could only muster one hit, which was a Natalie Vos single. The nightcap was closer, but still went to the Fillies, 6 – 2. Vos added two more singles and Chloe Dembski also had a knock for Pella Christian. The Eagles fall to 10 – 13 on the year and they will take on Humboldt tonight.
