Knoxville’s City Council met Monday evening. Council approved easements with MidAmerican Energy and the purchase of flooring and equipment at the Recreation Center, and equipment for Public Works. The council also discussed a contract for mowing services related to community nuisance enforcement, and discussed a survey for Community Development Block Grant application requirements. The Council also approved the Chamber of Commerce hotel/motel tax report.
