There’s still time for kids to enjoy the nice weather before school starts. A free Kids Day will be held near downtown Pella today, with free lunch and kids activities. Russ Groenendyk with Health Source Chiropractic says a dentist, eye doctor, and chiropractor will provide free checkups during the event. The kids day takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the parking lot of Health Source Chiropractic on Washington Street. The Pella Police Department will be on hand with kids activities as well. School supply donations will also be accepted.
