In March 2013, Nicholas Wade Carter, now age 19, was arrested and charged with 2nd degree arson in connection with a fire at 110 East Robinson in Knoxville.

Carter appeared in Marion County District Court this Friday, and was sentenced to ten years of incarceration which was suspended, probation, and a $1,000 fine.
