Pella Farmer's Market 2014

This week is National Farmer’s Market week. Market Volunteer Director Vivian Ruppentrop says the market has done very well this year with the wet spring and relatively cool summer. She adds that this point in the season is usually peak time. She hopes the community will continue to support local farmers and bakers. The Pella Farmer’s Market runs every Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the First Reformed Church parking lot. The Knoxville Market is on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon and Tuesdays from 2:30 to 6 p.m. at the lawn of the courthouse. We’ll have more about National Farmer’s Market week on Thursday’s edition of Let’s Talk Pella.
