No one does Coaches vs. Cancer like Knoxville, and this year there’s a new event.

Ten men will run a relay 275 miles across Iowa in 24 hours as part of the fundraiser. The event will take place October 9 and 10. Knoxville Mayor Brian Hatch, who is one of the runners, says the team will run across Iowa on Highway 92, and finish Friday night at Ken Locke Stadium right before the varsity football game against Chariton.
