A Pella man has entered a plea for an alleged burglary at Lake Red Rock and faces more serious charges for a separate incident.

Twenty-four year old Justin Dean Vermeer pled not guilty to third degree burglary, a class C felony, after an August 27th arrest. He posted $5000 bond and was released. On Thursday, he was arrested for ongoing criminal conduct, a class B felony. He was released on $10,000 bond, and the initial appearance for that charge is this Friday at 8:30 a.m.
