Within striking distance last week, the PCM girls’ cross country team finally was able to take down a pesky and ranked Davis County team in Monroe at last night’s meet. The Mustang girls finished fourth out of 12 teams, led by Rachel Peter, who finished second overall with a time of 17:12. Pella Christian’s girls were ninth and Pleasantville was tenth. Andrea Carballo was 29th overall for the Eagles, crossing with a time of 19:25. On the boys’ side, the Mustangs finished tenth, Pleasantville came in eighth with Pella Christian not having enough runners to field a team. Full results can be found by clicking below.
