Knoxville City Council
Further discussion with the Marion County Zoning Board will be needed before the Knoxville City Council renders a decision regarding the allowance of RV’s on certain properties all year round.

The council was approached by a property owner during Monday’s city council meeting who would like to purchase a piece land and have a pair of RV’s on the property as their residence. However, City Manager Harold Stewart says city code isn’t clear as to whether or not this would be permissible.

Also, during Knoxville’s City Council Meeting, approval was given for a special event permit to the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce for their upcoming Living Windows display, a 28-E agreement for mutual assistance with law enforcement was entered into with Marion County, and the city has now entered into a sister city agreement with Warrnambool, Australia.
