The music of Tonic Sol-Fa will fill the Knoxville Performing Arts Center this weekend to begin the 2014 Bravo! Concert Series.

Performing Arts Center Committee member Megan Phillips says the inaugural concert series couldn’t be put together without the help and support of the community. She hopes people will come out for all the Bravo! Concert Series events and see what wonderful, world-class performers the committee is bringing to Knoxville.

The committee says they want to put Knoxville on central Iowa’s entertainment map. Tonic Sol-Fa will perform on Saturday evening beginning at 7pm.

THE BRAVO! CONCERT SERIES

October 11: Tonic Sol Fa, an award winning a cappella group.

November 6: Simply Sinatra, with Steve Lippia’s big band.

February 27: Second City, the world-renowned comedy troupe from Chicago.

April 14: Black Violin, who are two classically trained violinists who mix the classics with hip-hop, rock, and more.

Individual tickets for all perfmances are $35 on the main floor and $25 for the balcony. They can be purchased prior to each concert at Iowa State Savings Bank in Knoxville, the ticket office located at the Knoxville Performing Arts Center, and online at www.seatyourself.biz.
