
They traversed the state of Iowa for cancer awareness.
The runners of the Knoxville Cancer Relay ran through the night, traveling 275 miles total along Highway 92 and finished up at Ken Locke Stadium Friday night just before Knoxville High School’s football game against Chariton.
The event helped raise money for the American Cancer Society. The goal was to raise $10,000 dollars for this event.
The funds raised will be presented during the Coaches vs. Cancer basketball game against Chariton on January 24th.
