Rainfall in the past 24 hours has resulted in English Creek South of Knoxville overflowing its banks. Cedar Creek’s water levels have topped 18 feet at last report, rising more than 12 feet in less than 24 hours. According to the National Weather Service, 3.2 inches has fallen in Knoxville and 3.61 in Pella, with more than 4 inches reported 4 miles north of Pella. No watches or warnings are in effect, and no other area streams are near flood stage at this time.
