Habitat For Humanity of Marion County held a ceremony this weekend to present Tawnia Martin with her new home in Pleasantville.

Martin says the home they were renting was OK, but had issues. This home will give her more peace of mind. She has a daughter with celiac disease and their new home has better air quality and there’s less worry about drafts. Martin says the project to build her home took just over two years to complete.
