Changes to a pair of city ordinances will be considered by the Knoxville City Council today.

A change to the yard and garage sale ordinance could see such events only be permitted twice a year per household and only for five consecutive days. This would not include the time period of the Knoxville Nationals where they will still be allowed over that 10 day period.

The council will also look at extending the sunset provision related to the permitted fowl ordinance for another year.

The Knoxville City Council will meet at City Hall beginning at 6:15pm.
