A Knoxville woman already facing burglary charges has now been arrested for theft.
26-year-old Renae Nicole Clark was arrested Tuesday and charged with 5th degree theft and two counts of theft by credit card. Court documents indicate Clark used a person’s credit card without permission for a pair of transactions at a Knoxville store on September 30th.
Clark had similar charges in Jasper County dismissed as part of a plea deal last month and a similar case from July 2013 in Marion County dismissed this past February.
Clark has a preliminary hearing for this case scheduled for Tuesday, November 18th. Her pretrial conference for an August burglary and probation hearing has been continued until December 5th.
