The Marion County Sheriff’s Office would like to make the public aware that Thursday night, November 13, 2014, MCSO Deputies will be assisting with moving a large piece of equipment from 11 pm to 1:30 am.
The wide load piece of equipment will be used for the hydroelectric project at Red Rock Dam.
The route will start at 216th and go south to Hwy T-17. Once at Hwy T-17 it will travel south to Hwy G-46, where it will head west to Hwy T-15. The move will then travel North on Hwy T-15 to its final destination. The travel time on Hwy T-17 and T-15 should be approximately 30 minutes and the travel time on Hwy G-46 will be approximately 1 hour.
While the roadways will not be shut down drivers can expect delays during these time periods. It is suggested if you would normally use Hwy G46 to go in either direction from Hwy T-17 and Hwy T-15, that you use Hwy 92 during this time period.
