Two Knoxville veterans were presented with Veterans Service Flag Pins by HCI Care Services.

The men, Ted Giorgetti, Thomas Irving, along with volunteers John Joenks and Mike Rank were pinned during Veteran’s Day ceremonies at West Ridge Nursing and Rehab Tuesday.

The pinning consists of presenting the recipients with their pin and doing a reading on “What is a Veteran” and what the Veterans Service Flag Pin represents.
