Knoxville Community Service Officer Arlene Worrell says one thing citizen need to remember is that all vehicles need to be off city streets so plows can clean up the roads quickly and easily. She says that if your family has so many vehicles that you’re force parked on the street, then you’ll be permitted park those vehicles on your lawn until your street is completely plowed.
