District 14 State Senator Amy Sinclair is preparing for the upcoming legislative session next month.
Some of the topics she expects this session to focus on are the state fuel tax, the budget, and the start date for schools. She believes the school start date will become a big issue because of its relation to the state’s Ag industry and the Iowa State Fair.
Sinclair also plans to introduce bills regarding school funding and adoption records.

The Iowa Legislature will reconvene for their 86th General Assembly on January 12th.
